​How Do I Place An Order?

Äva Jewelry may be purchased by letting me know which piece you would like  via email at:  info@avajewelry.biz 

 

You can also purchase Äva at seasonal markets and in select shops.

Hosting an Äva Jewelry home show earns jewelry discounts for the host.  Please email us at info@avajewelry.biz  if you are interested and I'll be happy to provide information and references.   

Payment and Shipping

Äva jewelry ships via First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation through the U.S. Postal Service. 

Insurance may be added to your shipment by contacting Äva prior to payment for a quote.  Your insurance quote amount will be emailed prior to shipping for your approval and I will adjust your total payment accordingly.  Confirmation of delivery number & shipment will be provided via email.

Äva Jewelry is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment.  If a package is lost in the mail, it is the responsibility of the addressee to seek resolution from the U.S. Postal Service.  Äva retains all delivery confirmation receipts.

Äva Jewelry accepts all major credit cards.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within ten days of purchase date. Äva Jewelry must be notified prior to return shipment.  Purchaser is responsible for cost of return.  Once returned item is received  and in original condition, a refund will be issued.
Äva Jewelry will also repair any handmade item within thirty days of purchase due to natural wear and tear.
